Idea Cellular 3G Netswetter Dongle Bill

Hi,

I was using Idea Netsetter 3G from last 8 months and I had a Plan of 10GB for Rs 1250/-, but in March My usage was 5 GB which is under my Plan so I need to pay the BIll of 1250/- RS but I got billed RS 2200/-, So I asked customer care executive why this much of amount I got this month and they told me that this is by mistake as our server had some issue so please you just pay Rs 2200/- this month and we will definately adjust your bill in Next Month but their Next Month never came so I asked them to disconnect the Idea connection but now after 3 months they called me and tell me that I have to pay Rs 500 more other wise we will case a file against you... I do not understand why they are asking for the money even I have alsready paid extra money which I never get refund infact they have to pay me back Rs 950/-

Please help me what should I do.?

Hi Sunil,

I can understand but you have a lot of options against IDEA like

You can case a file against them in consumer court and you can get 3 times more money as a penelty from IDEA. CHEERS :)
